FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE - MILITARY PERSONNEL
Provides emergency financial assistance when a valid emergency exists for rent, food, utilities, emergency transportation, essential vehicle repairs, funeral expenses, and medical/dental expenses. Army Emergency Relief (AER) assistance is in the form of an interest free loan, grant and/or combination interest free loan and grant, depending on the circumstances of the case.
